Stuart stands at the forefront of business transformation and strategic innovation in the age of Artificial Intelligence. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Stuart's expertise encompasses a robust blend of investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, and entrepreneurialism making him a cornerstone in guiding enterprises through digital disruptions and complex market dynamics.

Before co-founding Intelligent Enterprise Partners, Stuart held several high-profile roles, including Managing Director at Rothschild & Co. There, following the sale of his previous venture to the esteemed 255-year-old advisory firm, he established and globally expanded their Corporate & Shareholder Advisory practice. His leadership in initiating mandates led to significant global expansions, and his profound understanding of capital markets helped the firm guide clients through complex and contested issues, enhancing their outcomes.

Stuart's strategic vision is heavily informed by his belief in the transformative power of artificial intelligence, driving him to continuously evolve his skill set. His recent achievements include the CQF (Masters-level qualification in cutting-edge quantitative finance and machine learning), positioning him as a sought-after advisor for CEOs and boards aiming to leverage AI for strategic advantage.

Eddie is  a world class Transformation Leader. He is a pioneer in global growth, expansion, and innovation, with specific focus on transforming businesses and creating new products and services leveraging Data, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital capabilities.

Eddie has led multi-national Digital and Data powered business transformations as both a Big 4 Consulting Partner and an Industry MD/SVP, for Private Equity and Global 1000 organisations.  His expertise is proven across multiple industries and geographies to drive Growth, Risk and Cost outcomes.

As a passionate believer in innovation and transformation, Eddie is also working on a Doctorate with a focus of using Data & Analytics to upgrade the DNA of organisations; allowing them to deliver sustainable competitive advantage whilst operating as leaders within the Circular Economy.

Des is an executive business transformation professional with over 30 years’ global experience in both private and public sector organisations that has delivered value-based outcomes to execute business strategy and drive productivity. He is committed to equipping executives and boards with a clear picture on the operational data and business skills required to execute a business transformation strategy to sustain themselves in a rapidly changing world characterised today by Artificial Intelligence and digitisation. 

He has a proven global track record of enabling executive leaders to navigate the challenges of complex business transformations by delivering initiatives that enable existing business operations to be maintained to fund the transition to the future state and profitable growth. 

He operates across the domains of business transformation, enterprise performance management, digital transformation, enterprise resource planning, leadership and organisation alignment, workforce transformation and mergers and acquisitions.

He most recently headed up his own consulting business and prior to this, was Head of Organisation Effectiveness at Accenture, Des has created an end-to-end digital transformation leadership development methodology to equip leaders with the skills to navigate complex change initiatives and build the required leadership capabilities to transition the workforce from its current state to a future state. Called ‘Skills to Value,’ it enables organisations to identify and deliver real-time skills gap data to prioritise the parts of the business strategy that development interventions can be tailored to deliver value the fastest.

Chris advises senior executive, board member, private equity and third-party advisors to use strategic communications to drive engagement of employees and wider stakeholders to position change and  protect and enhance reputation. Situations include corporate actions such as M&A, digital and business process transformation, divestitures, transactions, litigation, market entry, restructuring, business rescue and turnarounds. 

Chris has over 25 years award winning international experience including ten years in African developing markets gained from in-house, consultancy and independent advisor roles based in the UK, US and Europe. He is highly skilled in corporate affairs, leadership alignment and reputation, change, issues and crisis management; executive, internal, investor and media communications to help protect and enhance stakeholder value.  

He supports corporate actions internally and externally to an organisation by articulating and defending a strategic proposition in fast-moving and regulated environments against highly complex socio-economic and political backdrops, which risks actions being derailed or delayed by competing stakeholder interests.

He develops engagement strategies with an emphasis on messaging and story creation co-ordinated across an organisation that recognises the nuances of different business cultures and political environments.
